I started a nutrition plan when I was suffering post viral fatigue along with digestive and immunity issues and an inabilty to lose weight. Unbelievably, after 2 weeks I felt so good I thought I had died and gone to heaven. In my first 6 weeks I lost 10kg cheating every day. Since then, with less cheating, I lost another 57kg. My health issues are no longer a problem and I feel in amazing health for my age. I fell in love with what people can achieve simply with good nutrition.

Weight Loss Challenge
My worried sister, Josie, bought me for a look at the weight loss challenge. I had no intention of joining but after being assessed on the body analysis scales, I found the reading for my visceral fat (fat surrounding vital organs) was higher than anyone else. This type of reading puts you at a very high risk of cardiovascular disease, so I joined up. Before the challenge I used to crave bad food, ate and drank a lot of rubbish and I was very overweight. Despite improving the quality of my diet with this, I have not noticed any extra cost to the budget but the benefits have been enormous. My health is heaps better. I sleep better, don’t snore anymore and sleep through the night. I feel like I have a life back I didn’t even know I had – like being wakened from a dream. I have 2 hours of extra energy a day to invest in me and my family. I now run 5 km 3 or 4 times a week and have developed better communication with the family through the time I now spend involved with family activities. I reached my goal weight after losing 38 kg and heaps of inches. My wife is wrapt in my changes and I feel so good I never want to go back to who I was.

Weight Loss Challenge
I was tired and very overweight with a hard to control appetite that had me eating all the wrong things. Health wise I was a mess. With this the weight started dropping off easily. The Weight Loss Challenge created a big learning curve helping me with re education on lifestyle and choices around food. I love the support from other people also needing to lose weight and being accountable with weekly weigh ins, and the extra one on one help with my coach. So far I have lost 12.8 kg and heaps of inches. When I started I had a goal to lose 10kg for the whole challenge and now losing weight is getting easier so I have a much bigger incentive to reach my goal weight. I feel so good and it feels like I am living again.

Weight Loss Challenge
Weight Loss Challenge winner Krish Reddy had no intention to join when he bought his mother in to apply for work. Krish had tried & failed so many diets trying to lose weight, he had given up on his own health. Surrounded by so many success stories he found the courage to try one more time. “I attribute my success to the information I received from the course which directly impacted the amount of weight that I lost. I am full of energy and growing in confidence and self esteem. I lost 51kg with this and I feel amazing!
