I used to be too heavy to get out of a chair easily. I had difficulty hauling myself onto buses and out of the car. Now I have been able to put in an amazing garden, replenishing all the garden beds with no big tummy getting in the way! I can’t believe I was carrying around more than 5 3kg bags of potatoes! I have loved the support and encouragement which helped me succeed in losing 13.4% body fat, 3 sizes and 17kg. I feel so much more active and energised!

Weight Loss Challenge

I saved $20 a day on my food bill and I feel so much better in myself. I have gained an extra hour in energy a day. My appetite was well controlled and I was advised to eat more. I did such a good job sticking to it, as it was easy to do. My stomach feels shrunk and I feel a lot lighter now so I am wanting to walk more. I started a nutrition plan when I was suffering post viral fatigue along with digestive and immunity issues and an inabilty to lose weight. Unbelievably, after 2 weeks I felt so good I
thought I had died and gone to heaven. In my first 6 weeks I lost 10kg cheating every day. Since then, with less cheating, I lost another 57kg. My health issues are no longer a problem and I feel in amazing health for my age. I fell in love with what people can achieve simply with good nutrition.

Before using a nutrition plan I was a size 22, bloated, tired, struggling with compulsive eating habits and unhappy with my weight gain at my heaviest. My weight loss was very slow. I knew I had to do something because I was starting to feel aches and pains in my body. With this my appetite is totally under control and I am seeing much faster results
So far I have lost over 30kg and I feel amazing. The best part for me is that I have learned how to live a healthy active lifestyle. I am doing things I never thought I would do, living a more active life now than I ever have.

Weight Loss Challenge

In 2011 I had a serious road crash and broke my neck, my pelvis and had a traumatic brain injury. I struggled to regain independence. I was bloated, dehydrated and had bulimia, with difficulty in getting all the nutrition I needed. I easily became tired and regularly went to bed at 6pm. Within a week on my nutrition plan, I had a lot more energy. Dehydration has eased. After 10 days my head felt clearer. I have been able to lose 3kgs in my first week of weightloss and experienced greater control and understanding in managing my bulimia. Now I can lead a full life, busy all day long and wide awake in the evening. My speech has started to flow effortlessly and I feel amazing. I now enjoy helping other people also to achieve their personal goals.

A friend invited me to attend a weight loss challenge. Before this I was fatigued and hated where I was at. When I started I was unhappy as it felt too hard. Then, with the help of my coach, I started on a nutrition plan and it all fell into place for me. I can say from where I was till now it was one of the best things I could ever do for my health. I’m loving my new energy. I love my new eating habits. I am fuller faster and my chocolate cravings are gone. I love my new waist which is 7 inches smaller than it was. I am looking forward to helping and encouraging my children and others into a healthier lifestyle.

I have a background as an athlete. No matter what I have tried in the past, I was not able to gain the weight I wanted. I tried everything, but with my nutrition plan my energy has improved and I have been able to gain 15 kg of lean muscle. Weight Loss Challenge

My husband and I joined a new year Weight Loss Challenge. I learnt about protein and the importance of a healthy breakfast, kept a food diary and changed my eating habits a lot. My exercise has increased and I keep to a healthy active lifestyle. Most days I pack my lunch with healthier choices and it is always eaten. I loved fizzy drink but went cold turkey during the challenge. If I go to a restaurant, I often look at the menu online first and make better decisions because of that. I read ingredient labels when shopping. When a jam label has 34% fruit, what makes up the other 66% continues to be an eye opener! The weight and centimeters came off, but I was amazed to win second place losing 8.8kgs and lots of inches. It has been more than two years since finishing the challenge and I have kept that weight off. I have been healthier with only one cold in that time! It is a long term change to a better and healthier lifestyle. It is worth working for – I don’t want to go back to the way I was

Weight Loss Challenge

I was attracted to this because I was inspired by the stories I heard. If these people can do it around difficult circumstances, then I saw that I could also. I found a connection with friendship and support here. I love the positive attitude. I could see I could walk the talk, as my poor diet had led to weight gain. My attitude to food was not good. I lived on one meal a day and ate rubbish. I knew I needed to change. In the first few days I noticed a difference in myself. Instead of being flat as a pancake, I felt so positive physically and mentally, I really wanted to go for walks. In my first week, even though I cheated like crazy I lost 2 kg! Now, my appetite is totally under control, I sleep better and feel a lot more relaxed, instead of worrying about how I will cope as a solo mum. My new energy helps me to complete tasks easily. I am ready for anything. Best of all, in my first 10 days I lost 2 dress sizes. My belief is that improving nutrition can improve everyones’ life.

Weight Loss Challenge winner Krish Reddy had no intention to join when he bought his mother in to apply for work. Krish had tried & failed so many diets trying to lose weight, he had given up on his own health. Before using my nutrition plan my work was a very stressful environment with a big workload. Meals were always late and hurried. I snacked on too much bread and chocolate . My digestion was poor and I suffered with heart burn every day. I didn’t care about getting the correct nutrition and I was sceptical at first. I knew I needed a healthy change, but the nutrition plan I was put on was more than I expected it would be. I was surprised how it filled me up and tasted lovely. Now I cant wait for my meals. They are absolutely delicious and my apppetite is satisfied. I feel like I should be hungry, but I am not. Appetite, digestion problem and stress – TOTALLY under control! So far I have lost 5 kg, 16 cm all over and 2 sizes. Now I have more energy and am feeling grateful for who I am becoming.

Before the weight loss challenge I was a tired, grumpy old man full of aches and pains.
I felt like a loser. After having a stroke, I was miserable and I lived in fear of having another.
I was physically drained and frustrated because I couldn’t do the things I wanted to do. I suffered from bad headaches every night and I was overweight. Almost overnight everything was eased and I felt so much better. My energy improved so I got a lot more done and it felt easier. I felt better than I had in a long time and I lost 12kg!
Using a good nutrition plan helped me feel better than I had in a long time.

Weight Loss Challenge

My worried sister, Josie, bought me for a look at the weight loss challenge. I had no intention of joining but after being assessed on the body analysis scales, I found the reading for my visceral fat (fat surrounding vital organs) was higher than anyone else. This type of reading puts you at a very high risk of cardiovascular disease, so I joined up. Before the challenge I used to crave bad food, ate and drank a lot of rubbish and I was very overweight. Despite improving the quality of my diet with this, I have not noticed any extra cost to the budget but the benefits have been enormous. My health is heaps better. I sleep better, don’t snore anymore and sleep through the night. I feel like I have a life back I didn’t even know I had – like being wakened from a dream. I have 2 hours of extra energy a day to invest in me and my family. I now run 5 km 3 or 4 times a week and have developed better communication with the family through the time I now spend involved with family activities. I reached my goal weight after losing 38 kg and heaps of inches. My wife is wrapt in my changes and I feel so good I never want to go back to who I was.
