I found this opportunity when a friend invited me to attend a weight loss challenge. Before this I was fatigued and hated where I was at. When I started I was unhappy as it felt too hard. Then I started on a nutrition plan and it all fell into place for me. I can say from where I was till now, it was one of the best things I could ever do for my health. I’m loving my new energy. I love my new eating habits

I am fuller faster and my chocolate cravings are gone. I love my new waist which is 7 inches smaller than it was. I am looking forward to helping and encouraging my children and others into a healthier lifestyle habits.
