I have a background as an athlete. No matter what I have tried in the past, I was not able to gain the weight I wanted. I tried everything, but with my nutrition plan my energy has improved and I have been able to gain 15 kg of lean muscle. Financially this has worked out to be a very economical plan for me and I received so much help to achieve my goals. I am very interested in helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals. John is temporarily in South Africa but will return to NZ.
