I was attracted to this because I was inspired by the stories I heard. If these people can do it around difficult circumstances, then I saw that I could also. I found a connection with friendship and support here. I love the positive attitude. I could see I could walk the talk, as my poor diet had led to weight gain. My attitude to food was not good.
