When I found this opportunity I was not initially interested but I had a message back to see how I was doing during covid and decided to give this a try. If I chose, I could do this safely without face to face contact. I started work and was put on a nutrition plan so I could learn to coach and help others. The first week I noticed this was very filling for me. It tasted good and I was not hungry. My second week I realised I was saving money eating this way. Food was just lying in the fridge uneaten so had to be thrown away. We didn’t need to spend as much shopping anymore. Within a month I had changed. I walked better, felt better and I am now full of energy late in the afternoon. Best of all, I have lost over 10kg easily! I now help other people improve their health and wellbeing through improved nutrition.
