I started my nutrition plan while going through a very challenging and stressful time, including burnout, a change in career, re-location, and a re-evaluation of my life direction altogether. Although medical checkups claimed there was nothing wrong, I suffered from loss of weight, lack of sleep, nausea, fatigue, and frequent headaches. At times, I had trouble eating and now, I am enjoying 3 meals a day. After sticking to my nutrition plan, weight and energy has balanced out, stress levels have dropped and my health has improved. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience helping other people improve their health and wellbeing and achieving their personal goals
